Nope. Almost, but nope.

Oooh, close call. Only reason I’d go 124 is for the size and weight advantage. Being smaller it’d be nimbler and more economical for any given speed.
Oh, and swap over some engine bits from the Delta Integrale and it’d be a right little rocket ship :)

I’ll take a 124 Spider, if we’re dreaming

Was it long ago you heard that glorious Dino V6????

That is the only thing swaying me towards the Dino. The V6 is a properly glorious engine...

Great call actually. If it’s a car I had to buy with my own money it’d be an X1/9 all the way. Excellent cars, and great value for what you pay :)
This one has an Uno Turbo engine swap, which is what I’d do to mine :)

What on earth is that? It’s very rare indeed I see a car I don’t recognise...

I tried to find the one with the 2l engine but finding one in good condition proved impossible.

Yeah like most cars from this era they’re rather rust-prone, and not having sold in the numbers that cars like 2002s sold in there aren’t all that many survivors.
TBH, it might be worth getting an earlier 1600 or 1800 and swapping in a 2.0l.

There’s a guy near me who has one of those, it’s a tidy little car. My favorite is this:
My aunt had a beater 131 when I was a kid. It was a shitbox, but I thought it was cool because it was Italian.

If they sold the Panda 100hp here, I’d daily one.

I was starting to think the “swapping in a 2.0l” thing.
Eventually I want to get another car and IDK what it is yet.

Nice! I love 131s, especially Abarth ones.
Personally I’d love to make an Abarth copy with either a turbocharged Fiat twincam (probably to Delta Integrale Evo spec) or if I want to go more mental the I5 turbo from a Fiat coupe....

Bet you didn’t see that one coming.
Especially noteworthy for being the base of the only Shooting Brake I like.
